Pray without ceasing
Our goal is to help and encourage you, our church family, to pray regularly together, as well as on our own. This in response to what the Bible tells us to do. (e.g. Ephesians 6:18, 2Chronicles 7:14, and many more). There are many opportunities for prayer at Christ Church Paarl:
Every Sunday
We meet every Sunday before the 9am service to pray for our church and broader community. Some Sundays we meet after the service (after coffee) to pray for our country. We aim to finish by 11:15am.
Every Term
We pray together at the Church on the first Wednesday of each term. Please join all the Home Group members as we pray together as a church family.
Everywhere
The Prayer Chain members have been faithfully praying for church family members in need for many years. This is a WhatsApp group, and members pray on their own. Going forward, we will include praying for particular needs for our church, such as the Youth and Children’s Ministries, the Church Council, etc. Anyone interested to join the group should contact Jill using the adjacent form.
Work 4 A Living
The Work for a Living (W4AL) Prayer group prays for W4AL and Wired for Business leaders and participants. The group meets at the church on Fridays at 07:30am. Anyone interested to join the group should contact Ross using the adjacent form.
